1. Do you offer TV calibrations?
Yes. Most new plasma and LCD’s picture controls are set very high out of the box to give it a “bright” look but these settings often wash out true intended color and contrast of the incoming signal. We offer state of the art computer picture calibration for your viewing environment and personalize it for you. If you spend thousands on a home theater system then this option is a must to optimize your viewing experience.
2. Why should I use you for my home theater needs?
We provide a no-pressure atmosphere for home theater consultation and also offer free in home estimates. We are family owned and operated so we strive for customer satisfaction while providing you with the best home theater system for your budget. All installations are done by professionals with years of experience, we are also members of the Better Business Bureau.
3. What’s the installation process and are there any hidden charges?
Come in to our showroom for a consultation or call us for a free in home estimate and consultation, you will be given a line-by-line estimate showing you where all charges are going. We only require 50% down and the rest after installation, some extra charges may apply to the customer for any upgrade in equipment, relocation of components once on site, trip charges for out of city work and/or any extra-ordinary labor incurred. Most installations can be completed in one day.
4. What about repairs to cuts made in drywall and baseboards?
On some installations it may be necessary to make small square cutouts in drywall in order to bypass fire blocks/ studs, and provide attic access to run our high definition cable wire to components. We have a carpentry contractor that will come in the same day or next to repair, paint and refinish just like new.
5. And if I have any problems with my universal remote or components I’ve purchased?
Again we strive for customer satisfaction and we want you to enjoy your new home theater without any worries. That’s why if you have any problems with programming or factory defects within the first 30 days after our installation, we will come to your house or business and replace it. Also remember that all components still have a 90 day to 1 year factory warranty.
6. What if I already bought my own equipment; can you still install it?
Yes, but equipment not bought from us are not covered under our 30 day defective equipment policy and all repairs will be the customer’s responsibility. On certain instances our installers will not install a bracket that customer bought if they feel it will be too small or not support the weight. We pride ourselves on quality work and believe the job should be done right.
